Important information about the shuttle buses
Shuttle buses are arranged between the conference venue and Eindhoven Central Station as well as the satellite hotels. You can find the timetable below. You can also take public transportation as there is a bus stop right in front of the conference venue. Buses 19 and 319 go to and arrive from Eindhoven CS regularly. Check 9292OV.nl for the timetable. Please note that there may be public transport strikes between 3-5 April which might cause these buses not to operate or run less frequently. The latest information about the strikes can be found on the 9292 public transportation website.
Shuttle bus location at Eindhoven Central Station
The buses will depart from the other side of the station than you might be used to from previous editions of NWO Physics. Upon arrival at Eindhoven Central Station, leave the station towards ‘STADSZIJDE’ , the shuttle buses are in front of The Student Hotel/The Social Hub, at Stationsweg 1. The buses are recognizable by the NWO Physics logo.
